The plastic integrated magnets generally fall into two main categories: one is injection-molded magnets, and the other is plastic embedded magnet. The former is also called mold magnet, and the latter is also called plastic magnet assembly.

Plastic integrated magnets include standard and customized. Standard products are mainly gadgets used in daily working life. And customized products are generally non-standard accessories or unique new concept products.

This is a common injection molding method that mixes magnetic materials and thermoplastic resin (such as PPS, PA6, PA12) and heats them to a plastic state, and then injects the mixture into a mold to form. Injection molded magnets are essentially made of magnetic powder mixed with various plastic polymer materials. Choosing to mix different magnetic materials and plastic polymers results in a variety of different material properties.

This approach enables the combination of magnetic and other functionalities and the realization of multiple properties in a single component.


Ultrasonic Welding

No requirement for additional adhesives or solvents, so it can reduce pollution and material waste.
